Compatible with nearly any moving magnet cartridge, the phono box mm gives you a superb audiophile music experience at an entry-level price. The utilization of advanced circuitry keeps noise and distortion extremely low, and the metallic case and outboard DC power supply keeps the unit free from electromagnetic interference. Since it’s only slightly larger than a pack of playing cards, the phono box mm can be placed nearly anywhere. The RCA input and output sockets are gold-plated to preserve sound quality and can be connected directly to any line-level input (aux, CD, Etc.) on your amplifier.

The AT-OC9XSH Dual Moving Coil cartridge with nude elliptical stylus is designed to provide outstanding channel separation.
The 1022GX cartridge is recommended for the discerning listener as it uses a vital-shank, nude, diamond stylus. This polyhedral, line-contact diamond profile was chosen because it has a very low tip-mass and a large contact area whilst being very narrow from front to back, even enabling the undistorted retrieval of ultrasonic frequencies in a recording. A large contact area means that stylus and record wear are reduced and because it plays lower down in the groove than spherical types, older records may well gain a new lease of life.
