You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping fees. You may also return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges, if it was received as such. All returns are inspected, and we have many years of experience, we know the difference between factory defects, and damage due to faulty installation and handling.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc).
We will send replacements, for defective items that are due to factory defects, or an internal error, upon receiving sufficient proof of the issue.
Refunds are treated weekly, but if we factor in transit time, our return processing time, and processing time for the financial institutions involved, it could take up to 4 weeks for refunds to appear on your account statements.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. US and Cdn orders generally arrive within 10 days.
Intl orders can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, however customs inspections in each country can add an extra 2 weeks to the transit times.
